| CORMAC’s policy is
to administer a benefits program that attracts the most
qualified people available and encourages them to build
their careers with us. In keeping with this policy,
it is our intent to classify positions according to
job responsibilities and create a salary structure that
is internally consistent and externally competitive
within our industry and the local community. Within
this structure, each employee will be compensated on
the basis of performance and contribution to the accomplishment
of the organization's objectives. The amount of salary
increase that may be recommended is based on performance,
service, and equity; and that reviews are conducted
in a timely manner.
Medical Insurance
CORMAC offers immediate health coverage to
its employees, their spouses, and dependants. CORMAC
evaluates its health plan each year to make sure each
employee receives the best coverage.
Dental Insurance
CORMAC offers coverage for eligible preventive, basic,
and major dental services to our employees, their spouses,
and dependents.
Disability and Life Insurance
CORMAC provides company-paid term life, accidental death
and dismemberment, and long-term disability insurance.
We cover the cost of all three of these benefits.
Retirement Plan
All employees who have been employed for a
minimum of 90 days and work a minimum of 30 hours per
week are eligible to participate in the company sponsored
401K plan. The employees may contribute to the maximum
allowable contribution set by IRS. CORMAC has chosen
one of the world's best investment bank & brokerage
firms to provide our employees with only the best options
for their retirement. CORMAC contributes a certain percentage
to employee’s 401K plan based on their contribution
amount.
Bonus Plan
As a reward to employees for exceptional job performance
and effort and in recognition of their contributions
to the profitability of the company, an employee is
notified by the president prior to December 31st concerning
his/her year-end bonus. The payment of bonuses and the
amounts of bonuses distributed are dependent upon the
overall profitability of the company. The following
criteria are used as guidelines in establishing an individual’s
bonus:
• Maintaining good customer relations
• Contributions to overall company goals and objectives
• Meeting or beating deadlines\Improvements in
contract monitoring
• Assistance voluntarily given to other project
managers or staff
• Contributions to company growth
If applicable, the payment of the bonus is made during
the month of December.
Paid Time Off
In view of the importance of a work life balance, CORMAC
encourages its employees to play as hard as they work.
Therefore, CORMAC offers paid time off and paid holidays
throughout the year.
All employees will receive two weeks’ vacation
per year when they start with the company and will increase
depending on the experience.
Holidays
In addition to paid time-off, CORMAC offers 10 days
of holidays. If a paid holiday falls on Sunday, Monday
will be the paid holiday. If a paid holiday falls on
Saturday, Friday will be the paid holiday.
